- 5 Years and above Mattress Division related experience
- Strong leadership, Management Skills and Marketing field
- Prefer Male and Mandarin Speaker
- At least SPM or Diploma in Marketing field
- Work on weekdays
- Traveling Office and Factory
- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Design strategy and set goals for growth
- Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
- Set policies and processes
- Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
- Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
- Prepare regular reports for Top Management
- Improving revenue and profit margin
- Cut down unnecessary expenses
- Researching and identifying growth opportunities
- Produce accurate monthly and Quarterly Sales Performance reports, Stock Reconciliation Reports to the Director
