RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Overall Management and Leadership
1. Implements and executes the directions / decisions of the President of BDC and Company\'s board and/or that of the holding companies of the Group.
2. Coordinates and implements strategies provided by Bridge Data Centres and provides continuous feedback on progress and achievements. Leads updates in strategy leading to changes in goals or objectives resulting from current status and conditions.
3. Leads the formation and administration of company policies, guidelines, standard operating procedures and put in place controls in all departmental activities to achieve long term goals and objectives that meet strategic objectives and financial performance.
4. Enforces all Company policies to achieve operational excellence.
5. Oversees and responsible for the well-functioning of Company\'s operations, complying to regulatory and industry standards.
6. Responsible in providing leadership and supervision of all Company staff. Motivate and inspire the staff towards high level of engagement and productivity.
7. Represents the Company data centre marketplace.
B. Operations and Engineering
1. Responsible for the Company\'s operational performance: financial, technical, maintaining Service Level Agreements with customers, customer and facility project schedules.
2. Continuously review existing processes and procedures to drive innovative solutions to meet and exceed contractual Service Level Agreements and customer experience
3. Oversees engineering and operations projects, processes, and performance. Leads the production of relevant reports, data, and analysis.
4. Reviews and supports engineering and sales to oversee design concepts for customer fulfillment.
C. Financials
1. Responsible for the overall financial health of the Company. Reviews and approves the preparation of accounting analysis, budget planning, budget reforecasting, financial projections, and financial reporting.
2. Responsible for the analysis of activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine department or division progress toward stated goals and objectives.
D. Business Development and Sales
1. Develops, reviews, updates, and implements business strategic planning, including sales, financial performance, and capital expenditure deployment.
2. Leads sales outside sales initiatives and responsible for the oversight of customer service. Reviews sales planning and requirements to developing new customers.
