Job Specifics
1. Carry out routine inspection and servicing of mechanical and electrical installations, building, refrigeration and air-conditioning units, sanitary systems and machinery.
2. Monitor readings on electrical installations gauges, thermometers, pumps and other equipment.
3. Repair and maintain installed machinery and equipment, plumbing and mechanical structures.
4. Correct any malfunctioning.
5. Assist in scheduled servicing programme .
6. Fault-correction of appliances.
7. Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Maintenance Manager
