Requirements

• Possess a Diploma in any field.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin is required, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with basic inventory management principles and practices.
• Experience in data entry with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to perform general warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, and picking orders.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to follow instructions accurately.
• Working hours: 8am to 4pm (Monday to Saturday)
• Must be able to work onsite in Kampung Subang.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine warehouse tasks including receiving, unpacking, and storing incoming materials and equipment.
• Accurately record and update inventory data using the company's inventory management system.
• Prepare and package goods for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to safety regulations and procedures.
• Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and audits to identify discrepancies and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (if certified) to move and organize materials.
• Communicate effectively with other warehouse staff and departments to coordinate workflow and resolve issues.
• Process orders by picking items from shelves and ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.
