The job scope of a Regional Application Consultant (RAC) is responsible for providing leads to Malaysia Sales Director with regards to end users and consulting engineering calls. In an assigned territory, coordinates with the Sales Director on strategies to grow the business based on qualitative and quantitative objectives in the HVAC Contracting and OEM Business.
What You'll Do
Provide applications excellence to drive and support all the company's products. Including performing technical presentation and seminars.
Work closely with the Sales Managers / Sales Engineers / Product Managers to trouble shoot product issues at customer sites and help rectify the situation for the customers.
Introduce new products to the local offices, and Key Customers and End users.
Support sales strategy to grow our business through service, relationship, product knowledge, and application knowledge.
Support sales efforts by cultivating strong relationships with end users and consulting engineering by providing product training, information, recommendations and troubleshooting issues.
Identify potential new product applications and communicate concepts to Contracting Sales Force, Product Management and Engineering to develop new business.
Who You Are
Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical / Electrical or related profession.
5-8 years working experience or above in HVAC industry.
Excellence understanding and practical experience in the application of HAVC, hydronic and controls systems
Experience in either project site work or with persuasive ability in sales that engages with customers, suppliers and other market practitioners in professional manner.
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment with teammates virtually or physically.
A fast-learning team player who takes initiatives for results via evaluating risks and making decisions accordingly.
Experience with consulting firm or Mechanical contractors is an advantage.
Excellent Communication, presentation and Interpersonal skills.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
Willingness to travel.
