Assist existing IT Support job scopesand workloads for MRCB Group business needs and function.
Provide 1st level support for variousapplications across all departments and operating units.
Respond to queries/issues in a timelymanner.
Take end to end responsibility (takeownership) of the logged requests and monitor own work progress.
Walk users through the problem-solvingprocess.
Installing updates, patches, andenhancements to improve the software performance and functionality.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Digital Technology or a related field.
Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and case- managing skills.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,001.00 per month
