These responsibilities include some of the following:Collate data from Local Operating Companies (LOC)/Regions/Business Service Centers to determine what activities and controls they are conducting todayCreate a catalogue of the future state activities with numbering and standard definitions and RACIAssist with the creation of training materialsWork with the Record to Report (R2R) Process Support Team to develop R2R Process Support Team Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Train Business Implementation Leads and UsersDeploy system functionality ensuring alignment with policy and processParticipate in After Action Reviews (AAR) and modify catalogue of activities accordinglyWork with Tech to determine what technical support is required along with costCoordinate Data Collection, tracking progress and reporting statusWork with the R2R Support Team Manager to ensure that Business System Requirements (BSR) follow the same support process as journalsAnalyse tickets to understand root cause of issueEnsure that capability in R2R Support Team is maintainedDevelop Project Plans for Tech, Global Process Owner (GPO), and Business ChangeAs the Subject Matter Expert (SME), work with the R2R Trainer and R2R Communications contact to develop training materials and communicationsWhy you?Basic Qualifications:We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:Certified Public Accountant/CPA or Association of Certified Chartered Accountants/ACCA certificationMedium scale business transformation experienceExperience in Pharmaceutical or consumer goods/Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sectorExperience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) processes and proven experience in global process roll-outPreferred Qualifications:If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:Relationship management and stakeholder management experience at a Manager/Director levelSound understanding of process simplification and standardisationGood leadership and communication skills and the ability to work flexibly within a matrix teamKnowledge of SAP and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) templatesUnderstanding and use of Agile Ways of Working and Scrum/Kanban DeliveryWhy GSK?Our values and expectations are at the heart of everything we do and form an important part of our culture.These include Patient focus, Transparency, Respect, Integrity along with Courage, Accountability, Development, and Teamwork.
