Job Description

Responsibilities:

Oversee the full spectrum of general ledger and accounting functions. Manage month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations. Prepare timely and accurate financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards. Review e-invoicing data, prepare tax computations, and handle CP204 submissions. Assess Capex and Fixed Asset proposals, including performing ROI analyses. Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and corporate finance teams on audit and tax matters.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or an ACCA qualification. At least 5 years of experience in general ledger, financial reporting, and taxation. Solid understanding of accounting standards and Malaysian tax regulations. Proficiency in ERP systems; experience with Oracle Fusion is a strong advantage. Meticulous, analytical, and able to work under tight deadlines. Open to Malaysian applicants only.
