We are looking for a responsible and meticulous individual to assist with patient insurance and billing matters. The role involves handling Guarantee Letters (GL), verifying insurance coverage, coordinating with insurers, and ensuring smooth billing and claim processes for patients.
Responsibilities:
Verify patient eligibility and insurance coverage
Handle and process Guarantee Letters (GL) from insurance companies
Liaise with insurance providers for approvals, extensions, and claim clarifications
Coordinate with front desk, doctors, and billing departments on GL matters
Ensure accurate documentation and timely claim submissions
Requirements:
Minimum SPM holder
Good communication and coordination skills
Able to work in a fast-paced hospital environment
Experience in hospital billing or insurance handling is an advantage
Diploma fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
