: Manage the GL reconciliation and Shopee Express teal providing guidance and coordinating, resourcing and overseeing the execution of a variety of operations, reviewing and approving accounting entries ad approving the reporting package Furthermore, responsible for developing a constructive environment for the team to grow and deliver their utmost performance in a daily basis, ensuring company goals and objectives are being met. Develop staff and manage the performance of the members. Ability to develop a team and work in a growing and dynamic environment. Setting goals and providing ongoing training. Leading the accounting team and managing the accounting department. Review journal entries and financial packages. Responsible for analyzing reconciliations and reviewing the reports. Account variance analysis for reporting purposes (Month to Month, Year to Year, and explanations). Ensure compliance and establish control of internal processes across the organization. Increase efficiency and automate manual processes to improve quality and time. Plan and implement routines that perform the work and fulfill the mission and the goals of the department efficiently and effectively. Assist with the development and implementation of new processes and procedures. Ensure adherence to the group policies. Ensure alignment between other teams and other areas of the company. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in accounting with active CRC Advanced level of Microsoft Office and Excel Knowledge Fluent English Experience in the Big 4 Leadership Problem Solving Execution Excellence Team Management Results Orientation
