Reporting to our Service Delivery Managers, the Global Assignment Consultant provides essential support to SIRVA BGRS corporate clients in managing the designated client\xe2\x80\x99s personnel who are relocating for an international assignment. The GAC serves as the primary point of coordination for international assignees for the delivery of various assignment management services offered under their employer\xe2\x80\x99s international assignment policies and procedures
A day in the life of a Global Assignment Consultant includes but is not limited to;
1. The successful end to end execution of the relocation experience of our client assignees.
2. You will host initial briefing calls and continued communication with them to ensure their relocation experience runs smoothly
3. Handle a range of relocation needs dependent on client policy such as travel & accommodation booking, insurance needs & being the central point of contact.
4. Ensuring database accuracy and communication of Information to clients, vendors and colleagues
5. Reconciling and authorizing invoices & billing needs to guarantee up to date cost management for both client and business.
