PURPOSE: Oversee the creation and administration of daily B2BE marketing content. The role involves creating content specific to B2BE Solutions and topics and managing content distribution across diverse platforms, environments, and global regions. OBJECTIVES: Work with the Global Content Marketing Manager to develop region-specific content based on business driven approaches; Organise processes to guarantee deadlines; Contribute to B2BE\'s editorial calendar; Collaborate with designers, technical teams, product marketers, sales teams, external influencers and industry experts to create and distribute content; Establish KPIs and performance goals to evaluate and optimise your contents effectiveness; RESPONSIBILITIES: Create and manage regionally, or as and where required, the multi-channel and cross-medium content creation; Launch and continue to deliver content to be used online and as direct lead generation forums; Create multi-media content that can be used online, within a sales presentation context; Continue to generate specific solution-based content, in a number of formats, to explain, promote and support solution sales; Work with the marketing team to create and deliver content that can be used in mail campaigns, landing pages and on-line as and when required; Create and curate original content and copy for the website, social media, forums, e-books, infographics, and sales tools like product collateral, how-to guides, and case studies and any other medium or approach as strategy or sales regions require; Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Proactively report and update project progress, findings, and recommendations that can potentially drive company growth. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, PR, or related subject required; Recent graduates are encouraged to apply, showcasing a solid grasp of content marketing principles and a demonstrated enthusiasm for crafting impactful content. Fluent English spoken and written (content creation) Any prior experience in content production, whether for personal or professional use, is advantageous; Results driven: Marketing efforts and budget deliver a return on investment of net new warm prospect leads; Web-savvy with understanding of online content marketing, including copy and content for web pages, social media; Data-driven, able to assess and make changes as necessary to optimise results of efforts; Strong research skills, staying on top of industry trends; Attention to detail while remaining creative and fresh, evolving with interactive marketing trends.
