Job Summary:

Responsible for maximizing the value of the product created by the team. They define what to build, why, and in what order, always aligned with business strategy and user needs.

Job Responsibilities:

Support Compliance Quality Engineer in finalizing the GQMP (Global Quality Manufacturing Policy) for Digital Product Passport (DPP) and ensure Data Owners are trained and capable of executing it. Coordinate with key stakeholders, understand priorities, and act as the voice of the customer. Own the creation and prioritization of the development / IT backlog, ensuring user stories are well-defined with clear acceptance criteria (Definition of Ready). Conduct demos and walkthroughs with business teams to gather feedback and drive improvements. Remain engaged throughout the solution lifecycle, ensuring strong alignment within the working team to achieve project goals. Approves requirements and user stories. Facilitates Process Exercises and secure sign-off from business teams. Align with GQS team on key milestones. Align with Delivery team on day-to-day activities. Own product adoption & effectiveness post launch.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree / Professional Degree of Sciences - Computer Sciences / IT Strong analytical and IT knowledge. Have good English communication with good interpersonal skills. Computer literate.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,900.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
