The Global Data Steward is responsible for maximizing the value of data-driven products and initiatives by defining what to build, why it matters, and the order of delivery. This role works closely with Compliance, Quality, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure data governance, compliance, and adoption are aligned with business strategy and user needs.

Key Responsibilities

Support Compliance QE in finalizing the GQMP for DPP and ensure Data Owners are trained and capable of execution Coordinate with key stakeholders to understand priorities and act as the voice of the customer Own the creation, refinement, and prioritization of the development/IT backlog Ensure user stories are clearly defined with well-articulated acceptance criteria (Definition of Ready) Approve requirements and user stories, facilitating process workshops and securing business sign-off Conduct demos and walkthroughs with business teams to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement Align closely with GQS and Delivery teams on milestones and daily execution Remain engaged throughout the solution lifecycle to ensure successful delivery and outcomes Own product adoption and effectiveness post-launch
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline Strong analytical mindset with solid IT and data knowledge Good English communication and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders Computer literate and comfortable working with digital tools and systems
