In this position you will...

...be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of desktop support technicians who provide technical support to users globally.





You will be responsible for...

  • Lead and manage a global team of desktop support technicians
  • Ensure high-quality desktop support services are provided to users globally
  • Develop and implement desktop support processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and quality of services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, ensuring all equipment and software purchases are cost-effective and meet the needs of the organization
  • Ensure desktop support policies and procedures are up-to-date and consistent with industry standards
  • Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancing the desktop support service
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies
  • Provide day to day support as required to the Israel Site HO

You will require the following qualifications and skills
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field advantage
  • At least 5 years of experience in a desktop support management role
  • Proven experience leading and managing a global team of desktop support technicians and complex interfaces
  • Must have hands-on experience managing Active Directory, Azure AD, Mailing services O365, Monitoring Systems, and Wi-Fi infrastructure
  • Must have knowledge device deployment technologies and processes Intune (Win10 and MacOS)
  • knowledge and awareness of IT security concepts (e.g., encryption and malware, etc.)
  • Strong technical knowledge of desktop hardware and software, including Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
