Objectives of the Position

This role will be working closely with the GB/H Leadership Team (LT), responsible for Human Resources (HR) policies and solutions for the division Global Business (GB). The activities deployed by the global HR solutions team need to contribute to the GB overall strategy and should be relevant for the local GB/H teams.

Main Tasks

• Provide comprehensive management information, like a HR dashboard, on global level
• Coordinate global HR projects for GB, like HR GRIP and Employee Voices
• Implement global GB IT tools, be a frontrunner for digital HR solutions
• Create a community and knowledge base within GB/H regarding HR data and C&B
• Keep track of the distribution of the jobgrades within GB, including the corridor. Helping with jobgrading issues.
• Involved in jobgrading of level 6 & 7.
• Create reports from HRBW, input for HC / FTE planning & controlling by GB/C
• Provide service to the GB/H LT members regarding HR data & system related questions

Requirements

• At least Bachelor in HR / Psychology
• Minimum of 5 years Job Experience in Talent Development, passionate indeveloping people
• Experienced in working with senior leaders
• Language Skills: fluent in English
• Project management experience
• Service Mindset, organizational sensitivity and great team spirit
