We are currently looking for a Global HSEQ Superintendent for Vessel Performance Data Quality to join our team. This position will be located at Kuala Lumpur Sentral (Menara 1 Sentral) and it is easy to get to by public transportation as it is located at the heart of Kuala Lumpur. Main Responsibilities and Tasks

• Check accuracy of vessel emission data reported through company designated reporting tools and monitoring platforms.
• Coordinate with relevant stake holders (internal/external) support to review and correct the inaccuracy of the emmision data.
• Review and update the monitoring plans as per update from vessel, internal offices and Regulatory requirement.
• Complete the vessel emission data reporting requirement to the verifier as per timeline for annual reporting and for vessel leaving management.
• Support Safety Management and Security process and implementation
• Ad hoc projects relating to vessel performance data / safety management implementation.
• Any other duties as requested by VP Global HSEQ & Systems.

• Achievement of Yearly Targets for HSEQ Functions AOP (Strategic Objectives)
• Achievement of Yearly Targets set during Employee Appraisal Process
• Feedback from WSMs Organization (Internal Customer Feedback)
• Initiative to develop work and take on additional responsibility.

Qualifications
Mandatory requirements:

• University degree or higher vocational training in the technical/maritime qualification.
• Seafaring experience, preferably at a Senior Officer level (Chief Officer or Second Engineer)
• Good command of oral and written English.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Environmentally focused.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills to develop close relationships with shipboard staff as well as internal and external support functions.

Additional preferences:

• Good Computer Skills specifically in Microsoft Office
