Position Title: Data Quality Annotator Location: Penang Working hours: Work from Office, 11.00pm - 8.00am (US Shift) Type of employment: Permanent Language(s) required: English Your Role and Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Checking quality of data. \xe2\x80\xa2 Providing feedback on observed trends in the dataset. \xe2\x80\xa2 Comprehending the overall purpose of task based on guidelines and supporting examples. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to perform repeating tasks with consistency, quality, and speed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to recognize differences between images and/or colour in data sets. Required Technical and Professional Expertise \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent English-language oral and written communications skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Superior time management and multi-tasking skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly demanding, constantly changing environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to deliver multiple projects of varying lengths, while meeting quality standards and deadlines \xe2\x80\xa2 Self-motivating with the ability to work independently and with little supervision. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and capacity to ask questions when guidelines are not clear enough. \xe2\x80\xa2 Highly organized with strong attention to detail \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to independently navigate systems and tools. \xe2\x80\xa2 Successfully meets or exceeds targets, working within tight deadlines. Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 2 years in a professional environment with much of that time in a data quality assurance role. \xe2\x80\xa2 Previous Photoshop experience will be a plus.
