About the Company

Our client is a multinational Chinese employer which is providing network tools, network services, and telecommunication related needs. Our client\'s headquarter is based on Shenzhen, Guangdong who\'s established in 1987. This company is starting to produce phone switches, and now developed into creating the telco network providers which is not only tools, but also the complex service for domestic and international coverage. Their products are reaching more than 170 countries with more than 195,000 employees.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the end-to-end management of sales opportunities, ensuring high-quality data management throughout the process.
• Oversee sales forecast management, tracking forecast progress, and reviewing forecast implementation. Monitor deviations, identify risks, conduct analyses, propose solutions, monitor improvements, and consolidate findings.
• Manage sales projects and customer relationships effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and business success.
• Develop and monitor customer management strategies and policies to optimize customer interaction and engagement.
• Act as the process owner for internal control and compliance management, ensuring adherence to relevant policies and regulations.

Requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Management, International Trade, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience in the telecommunications industry (preferred).
• Demonstrate basic knowledge in sales and business support, particularly within the telecom industry.
• Exhibit a high sensitivity to risk identification and judgement.
• Show strong numeracy skills along with logical analysis and inferential capabilities.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous in work approach.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Fluent in Chinese, both in oral and written communication.
• Willing to work in Jakarta, Indonesia
