About the Company

Our client is a multinational Chinese employer which is providing network tools, network services, and telecommunication related needs. Our client\'s headquarter is based on Shenzhen, Guangdong who\'s established in 1987. This company is starting to produce phone switches, and now developed into creating the telco network providers which is not only tools, but also the complex service for domestic and international coverage. Their products are reaching more than 170 countries with more than 195,000 employees.

Responsibilities:

• Focuses on the various aspects of Huawei\'s Core Network products. This includes pre-sales technical support, network design, project implementation, training, and maintenance.
• Take the lead in PS/IMS product project implementation, including engineering design, equipment commissioning, troubleshooting, and acceptance.
• Offer Lower Level Design (LLD) and pre-sales technical support for Tele-Core Network projects.
• Aid in network performance analysis and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting.
• Oversee the installation and commissioning of the NFV Platform Hardware.
• Assist in network operations (during specified windows) and be willing to travel to other cities for project support.
• Diagnose complex issues that are beyond the capability of a typical engineer, and provide comprehensive reports to the customer and project team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree or higher in an engineering-related field.
• Preferred experience with Core Network Product, with a comprehensive understanding of 5G/4G/3G/2G Core Network Topology, Function, and Advanced Signaling Flow.
• Proficiency in TCP/IPv4 & IPv6, along with routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP.
• Familiarity with CS/PS/USC/IMS domain protocols (SIP, DIAMETER, SIGTRAN, SS7, IP).
• Previous experience in PS/IMS Network Design and Project Implementation is required.
• Strong communication skills and a teamwork-oriented mindset. Ability to maintain good customer relationships, exhibit logical thinking, and demonstrate effective organization.
• Willing to work in Jakarta, Indonesia.
