This company is starting to produce phone switches, and now developed into creating the telco network providers which is not only tools, but also the complex service for domestic and international coverage. Their products are reaching more than 170 countries with more than 195,000 employees.

We are seeking an experienced, driven, and detail-oriented Senior Core Network Product Manager to join our dynamic team. This position offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of market analysis and network insight to identify customer pain points, devise customized solutions, and craft future-oriented network architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market analysis to comprehend industry policy, customer strategy, and competition.
• Identify industry trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Employ network insight to recognize customer pain points and challenges.
• Propose tailor-made solutions to help customers resolve issues effectively.
• Design future-oriented network architecture based on industry development.
• Deliver technical evolution proposals for the target network.
• Take charge of bidding projects, including RFP clarification, solution and commercial design, and contract negotiation.
• Own target fulfillment in areas of Sales, Marketing, and Profit.

• Willing to work in Jakarta, Indonesia
• A bachelor\'s degree in Communications, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• At least two years of sales experience in Core Network Domain or Core Network delivery-related positions.
• Familiarity with PS, IMS, HSS, PCRF, Volte, 5GC in the core network.
• Strong knowledge of Core solutions, business models, and the Indonesia Telecom market.
• Sales experience, including familiarity with sales procedures and comfortability in communicating with a variety of stakeholders.
• Proven team collaboration skills, with a history of supporting peers towards shared objectives.
• Deep understanding of company\'s Core business and customer requirements.
• Ability to match customer requirements with ICT solutions and coordinate a team to develop the solution.
• Strong commercial acumen and skills. Ability to liaise with customers to achieve a mutually beneficial outcome.
• Proficiency in English for seamless internal and external communication.
