Our client\'s headquarter is based on Shenzhen, Guangdong who\'s established in 1987. This company is starting to produce phone switches, and now developed into creating the telco network providers which is not only tools, but also the complex service for domestic and international coverage. Their products are reaching more than 170 countries with more than 195,000 employees.We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Cloud Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and ensuring smooth operations within the department.Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Support industry insights and account management in the representative office, ensuring seamless policy execution.
  • Manage customer relationships effectively, achieve key objectives, and promptly resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Business Development Support: Support and monitor the Business Development team to coordinate customer engagement activities and integrate feedback.
  • Implement policies to enhance customer satisfaction, promptly resolve issues, and compile customer satisfaction feedback for further improvement.
  • Revenue Monitoring: Work closely with the finance department to monitor monthly and yearly revenue. Conduct GAP analysis between forecasted, targeted, and actual revenue, summarizing findings in detailed reports.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Engage in daily discussions with multiple departments regarding business targets, progress, and strategies to accelerate growth. Act as a bridge between the local company and regional counterparts.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Take responsibility for working closely with customs clearance and regulatory bodies for data center equipment compliance.
  • Meeting Organization and Progress Tracking: Assist the department head in organizing meetings, taking meeting minutes (e.g., Monthly and Bi-Weekly Meetings), and maintaining updates on key project progress.
  • Internal Risk Control: Assume responsibility for internal risk control within the department.
  • Compliance Risk Control: Ensure departmental compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
  • Document Control: Manage departmental documents, including those requiring the director\'s signature. Handle confidential documents with discretion.
Qualifications:
  • Willing to work in Jakarta, Indonesia.
  • Bachelor degree.
  • 3+ years working experience.
  • Intermediate Excel Skills.
  • Fast Learning Ability: Ability to quickly grasp and adapt to new business models.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Proficient in sales systems and capable of direct communication with sales personnel.
  • Decision-Making Skills: Capable of making quick decisions to assess the work of business development team members.
  • Preferred Experience: Experience with Kominfo website and government relationships is a plus.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Chinese languages is advantageous.
