Our client is a multinational Chinese employer which is providing network tools, network services, and telecommunication related needs. Our client\'s headquarter is based on Shenzhen, Guangdong who\'s established in 1987. This company is starting to produce phone switches, and now developed into creating the telco network providers which is not only tools, but also the complex service for domestic and international coverage. Their products are reaching more than 170 countries with more than 195,000 employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement sales strategies aimed at achieving and exceeding microwave product sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients to gain an understanding of their business goals and objectives.
  • Identify and explore new market opportunities to boost sales performance.
  • Conduct competitive analyses on microwave sales solutions with the aim of enhancing our market share in the microwave sector.
  • Oversee and sustain existing client accounts while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with various stakeholders within the customer\'s organization.
  • Inform and guide customers about our new and existing products and solutions, as well as provide planning guidelines.
  • Participate in and organize microwave project bidding, offering competitive and viable microwave solutions and quotations to support the sale of products and services.
  • Show a willingness and eagerness to learn and gain expertise in other product areas in addition to microwave technology.
Requirements:
  • Hold a Bachelor\'s degree in Communications, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of sales experience in the Wireless Domain.
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of Microwave solutions, business models, and the Indonesian Telecom market.
  • Exhibit experience in sales, knowledge of the sales procedure, and a fondness for interacting with a variety of individuals.
  • Prioritize skills in the following order: Marketing > Sales > Planning > Operation.
  • 1+ year of proven sales experience in the telecommunications field.
  • Have foundational knowledge of telecommunications, including microwave planning. Additional knowledge of Telco delivery is considered a bonus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa or Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Previous experience with Microwave systems such as NEC, SIAE, Ericsson, Ceragon, Nokia, ZTE is preferred.
  • Willing to work in Jakarta, Indonesia
