\xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for 2G/3G/4G network solution and equipment configuration. \xe2\x80\xa2 Providing end-to-end RAN products and solutions for Digi. \xe2\x80\xa2 By analyzing and comparing the increase of the through put per subscriber in the existing network, the spectrum strategy and evolution proposal suitable for Digi are proposed. \xe2\x80\xa2 3G&2G Neighbor data (External Cell Definition) update/Correction for 3G to 2G and 3G to 3G. \xe2\x80\xa2 Arrange production scheduling configuration and material list for colleagues. \xe2\x80\xa2 5G technical solution presentation for my customers such as 4/5G DSS solution, 5G overlay solution, RAN sharing solution and so on. \xe2\x80\xa2 Participates in the bidding process, SOC response, technical proposal output, and BOM output. \xe2\x80\xa2 Organize 5G RAN workshop for Digi customer to show ZTE\xe2\x80\x99s technology and products, improve ZTE influence. \xe2\x80\xa2 5G technical knowledge training, such as 5G massive MIMO, magic radio, IPRAN, 4/5G DSS solution, etc. for local staffs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide network evolution strategy suggestions and old equipment replacement solutions for Digi to improve customer satisfaction. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide customers with clarification of questions that Digi has proposed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor radio network performance, analyze the data and improve KPI of network. \xe2\x80\xa2 Working on the site solution of RAN site for Digi customer including new-build solution and equipment reuse solution, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Introduce 5G key technology to Digi and answer technical questions from Digi customer. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide RAN products and solutions suitable for Digi, including BBU, RRU, antenna, feeder line, BSC, RNC etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Wireless product requirement collection from Digi customer, analysis the requirement and provide valuable suggestions to Digi.
