:

Huntsman Global Business Services is now looking for a Global Invoicing Executive - Legal. This position requires experience within accounts payable. Strong Excel data entry will be very important as well. The ideal candidate will be located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

As a Global Invoicing Executive - Legal, you will:

Provide support to the Global Legal Department, including:

High volume invoice entry and processing

Filing invoices

Reviewing invoices

Answering vendor calls

Coding invoices correctly and documenting notes

Facilitate and research Accounts Payable inquiries from global locations and outside vendors.

Follows instructions and performs other duties as may be assigned by supervisor.

A strong concentration on accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

The ability to communicate and work effectively with teammates, vendors, and internal customers across the globe;

The ability to effectively prioritize workloads and maintain an organized workspace;

The ability to reliably commit to consistent attendance during specified work hours; and

Assists other employees in accomplishment of Company goals.

What skills and experiences are we looking for?

Graduate degree with a accounting background;

Must possess at least 6 years of relevant experience;

Experience in a law firm or in-house legal department is a plus; and

Database and Microsoft Excel experience preferred.

Must be proficient with accounting systems and Microsoft programs;

Experience within SAP and accounting ERP systems;

Experience in raising purchase requisitions.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills, ability to interface comfortably with all levels in the organization including senior management; and

Excellent English language skills.
