Global Master Data Management Expert About the opportunity Sanofi Business Services (SBS) is continuously building a Business Services centre in Kuala Lumpurto provide Finance & Accounting (Account-to-Report, Customer-Invoicing-to-Cash) as well as Employee oriented (Employee Experience) services. In addition, the Kuala Lumpur Business Services Centre hosts a number of global Centres of Excellence (CoE) and provide support and other services globally. As part of its Global Master Data Management team, you will have responsibility over areas such as data quality, data governance, master data management, information strategy, data science, and business analytics. About growing with us - in this role you will Define Global SBS data governance principles Define global data requirements / catalogization Oversee definition, gathering, KPI analytics and re-usage of tools and process inside SBS Review and update consistency of master data management practices across all domains Support governance strategy within all data domains in SBS Align Business and Technical data strategy in accord with Sanofi strategic plan Initiate quality improvement in domains Strategic tasks: Work in collaboration with Data Domain Owners to ensure Master Data governance in SBS organization Enhance and maintain the structures, practices and processes for data governance which are managed Reporting & Analysis tasks: Support and initiate improvements to analyze ERP systems for data collection with Data Domain Owners and Stewards Prepare & communicate reporting to appropriate stakeholders Creation and maintenance of transversal MDM KPI\'s and interactive dashboards Implement means to measure and report on data quality Support future plans by identifying and creating pathways for all related information to flow to one tool Monitor overall program and progress, managing risks and issues, and taking corrective measurements Project management: Responsible for MDM projects from transversal governance perspective About you Bachelor\'s/Master\'s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Science, Economics, Engineering or related field 5+ years of business experience, ideally in master data management and shared service environment, information or IT management Fluent English is a must, other European language is an advantage Strong Experience is Master Data Management, Data Governance Solid understanding of SAP Understanding of master data field connections and impact Experience in data visualization and master data governance tools and projects (Tableau, Power Bi, QlickSense, Informatica) Solid experience in integrating complex, cross-corporate processes and information strategies, including technology planning and execution and policy development/ maintenance Broad experience in multiple competency areas of data and analytics delivery (e.g. data warehousing, business intelligence (BI), data governance, data architecture, data integration, data classification, data strategy, data quality management, data security and privacy, MDM, data standards, enterprise architecture frameworks) When joining our team, you will experience: An international work environment, in which you can develop your talent and realize ideas and innovations within a competent team An attractive, market-oriented salary and cafeteria benefits Flexible home office policy, with a possibility to work up to 60% of time from home / where you can easily schedule your office days Work from an \'Office of the Year 2020\' finalist office Collective life and accident insurance Yearly medical check-up An individual and well-structured introduction and training of new employees and we will dedicate a Buddy for you to better navigate in your first weeks Your own career path within Sanofi.
