To perform checking of documents submitted in support of Credit Card, Personal and Mortgage Loans applications. To perform loan processing for Secured and Unsecured facilities. Incoming & outgoing mail handling & Inbound Call for Mortgage processing. Maintaining proper recording, tracking and custodian of all collateral documents securing the banking facilities. Retail Banking Servicing & Transacting 1. Account Servicing - Maintenance & Non Maintenance activities. 2. To perform Call Back Verification on Returned Mail & Cheque clearing 3. Reconciliation & escalation of TP, Investigation of Suspense and Sundry Accounts as specify in DOI. 4. Card Data Maintenance & Checking and Card Redirection handling. 5. Cheque clearing activities To perform loan processing for Secured and Unsecured facilities. Support MIS & Administration: 1. Business & Staff performance data tracking & analysis. 2. Dashboard & SRM Pack preparation. 3. General Admin. Quality Assurance: 1. Performing Quality Assurance & process controls review. Training: 1. Driving & tracking of staff Learning & Development. Project: Projects & Operational efficiency. System Admin: 1. To perform User ID Administration and maintenance according to request. 2. To perform interest rates update in system. 3. To perform system parameter change as per Service Request Management. Frontline Service Support: 1. Employment checks and Call Back verification. 2. Helpdesk support for Frontline. 3. Complaint Management. 4. To perform Inbound Call for Mortgage Strategy . To process / support multiple activities / products of Business Banking and Retail Banking ensure authorized instruction are process in accordance with established regulatory, credit and lending guidelines and policies to safeguard the Bank\'s interest.
