Global Sales & Operations Support Specialist

take ownership, support international projects, and grow together

? Key Responsibilities (Support-Oriented Role)

Prepare and organize quotations, invoices, delivery schedules Communicate with Korean and overseas clients & suppliers (via email & WhatsApp) Coordinate shipping schedules and documentation Assist Sales Director and Korean HQ in daily operations Handle payment requests, documentation, and file management
Full onboarding and working manuals will be provided. We value responsibility over perfection.

Who We're Looking For

Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking)

Korean language fluency

required for incentive (reading, writing, speaking) Strong organizational & communication skills Experience with Google Docs, Excel, email Fresh graduates welcome, experienced applicants preferred Immediate availability preferred

Salary Breakdown

Base salary: RM 4,000 Fixed allowance: RM 500 Korean language incentive: RM 1,000 (only for qualified candidates*)
