With R&D facilities in Shanghai and high-end manufacturing plants in Shanghai and Malaysia, it delivers innovative solutions for hyperscale data center projects globally. The company is located in Johor Bahru, and the actual working location is subject to the project.

Supplier Development

: Identify, evaluate, and manage new and existing suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and consistent quality.

Procurement Planning

: Develop procurement plans based on production schedules and market trends, ensuring proper quantities, quality, and timelines.

Cost Control

: Negotiate with suppliers to optimize costs and conduct regular cost analysis to identify opportunities for savings.

Quality Control

: Collaborate with quality management to ensure materials meet company standards and take corrective actions when necessary.

Team Leadership

: Lead the team, set goals, assign tasks, and coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient execution.

Market Analysis

: Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory changes to support procurement decisions.

Requirements:

Diploma or higher from an accredited institution, majoring in Electromechanical Engineering or related fields. 10 years or more of experience in supplier development and procurement, with specific experience in the construction industry. Strong market analysis and forecasting abilities. Proven expertise in supplier management and relationship building. Experience in developing procurement strategies and optimizing procurement processes. Skilled in cost control, negotiation, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Knowledge of risk management and compliance in procurement. Leadership experience with the ability to manage and guide teams effectively. Strong cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
