Long Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate T&D program and projects, ensuring that timelines are met with high quality deliverables.
  • Support the coordination and execution of marketing associated with the various T&D projects and programs to ensure timely and effective communication
  • Support onboarding and/or training efforts for T&D programs (i.e., Performance Management, Internship program, Pipeline Development Program, etc...)
  • Facilitate departmental training requests and support with learning management system (LMS) activities
  • Maintain and support the T&D tracking of activities via program and project planning tools
  • Support and maintain various T&D SharePoint sites to ensure relevant information is available to stakeholders
  • Maintain and complete Learning activities maintained in the Dexcom Learning Center (learning management system)
  • Participate in meetings in support of T&D activities and programs and provide timelines and action items.
Required Qualifications:
  • Relevant coordination and/or administrative experience preferred.
  • Skilled in project management, organized and detailed-oriented.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively and manage/prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient use in various communications delivery tools (i.e., Yammer).
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Proficiency in use of SharePoint.
  • Knowledge of learning management systems preferred.

The Talent & Diversity (T&D) Coordinator supports the coordination, marketing, and execution for various programs and activities in the Talent & Diversity department. The T&D Coordinator is an opportunity for the right candidate to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of T&D team so that they may better support the global organization & cultural, DEI, talent, and learning needs throughout Dexcom.

Experience and Education
  • Typically requires a Bachelors degree and a minimum of 5-8 years of related experience.
