Long Description

  • Conduct New Employee Orientation (NEO) for new hires.
  • Provide planning support and guidance with the rollouts of the global talent development strategy.
  • With the T&D leadership, contributes in the evolution of our global training practices, standards, and procedures for our systems and programs to positively impact the overall learning experience of employees.
  • Work closely with global Talent & Diversity (T&D) Centers of Excellence (COEs) to support the talent development strategy and learning needs analysis.
  • Consult, facilitate, and implement meaningful, interactive talent development solutions for new employee orientation, career and leadership development programs.
  • Build and maintain strong client and subject matter expert relationships to ensure global development needs are identified and addressed through a variety of scalable, global learning solutions.
  • Measure and analyse learning effectiveness and track learning outcomes for continuous program improvement and regular feedback to HODs and HRBPs.
  • Coordinate, Administer and Manage HRDC applications and usage of funds for Dexcom Malaysia employees and report out to Dexcom Malaysia leadership team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Five years or more experience in Talent Development, Human Resources, or a related field supporting global operations and stakeholders.
  • Excellent training and facilitation skills.
  • Has basic project management skills to lead Talent Development projects for the region or globally.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and MS Teams.
  • Self-starter with a high level of flexibility and ability to work within a rapidly growing and changing global environment.
  • Experience working with a Learning Management System.
  • Experience with partnering with teams and connecting learnings and/or resources related to Talent Management, DE&I, and Change Management.
Experience and Education
  • Typically requires a Bachelors degree and a minimum of 5-8 years of related experience.
