What do we need:

We are looking for a Talent Development Specialist to be part of the APAC Talent Management team to facilitate and support the organization-wide talent management interventions which include talent review, succession planning, high-potential talent development, competency development, performance management, organizational design, etc.

What\'s special about this team:

You would be joining a team of passionate HR professionals who are dedicated to developing and growing Amway\'s people and organization. The team partners closely with 10 countries within the East Market region. You will be reporting to the Lead, Talent Development Specialist.

How you would contribute to the role:

Responsibilities:

  • Working with the assigned markets and functions to ensure talent development processes and programs are consistently implemented across the region.
  • Facilitating the talent review and succession management processes.
  • Identifying and guiding talent\'s development curriculum through various career paths which include on-the-job experiential learning, relationship-based learning, and formal leadership programs.
  • Partnering with key stakeholders within and outside of HR in the development and enhancement of integrated talent management processes from an enterprise perspective.
  • Evaluating and overseeing contractors and vendors to supplement the development and administration of talent development programs and processes.
  • Supporting enterprise organizational development and performance management processes.
  • Effectively managing the enterprise learning platforms.
  • Developing, maintaining, and reporting integrated talent management metrics.
  • Initiating visits to multiple worksites /locations (domestically and internationally) to confirm the effectiveness of the enterprise talent development processes and programs, as necessary.
Required Work Experience & Skills:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Psychology/Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in HR, preferably in Talent Management.
  • Having experience in other disciplines within HR such as Organizational Development, Performance Management or Change Management would be desirable.
  • Having experience in managing internal projects independently.
  • Having a certification in talent assessment would be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good interpersonal, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Proficiency in the Japanese language would be an added advantage.
