Kelayakan

• A minimum of SPM certificate.

• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia & English, extra advantage if Mandarin included.

2 Year Working Experience & Interested to take challenges as a leader role * Able to work on retail hours and public holidays - with conditions applied.

• Experienced in Supervisor job role will have additional advantage.
• Experienced or able to support & monitor Front-End (Cashier) job would be additional advantage.
• Equipped with basic computing skills to operate computer related machines.
• Past working experience in all kind of industry are welcome, but involved in event/theme park related experience are preferable.
• Vibrant and outgoing personality
• Passionate in GoKart/Racing related hobbies.
• Attentive & Strong Team Player with leadership/decision making skills
• Excellence & Patience in communication & expression when facing customers.
• Open-minded, able to accept & learn new things.
• Strong observation skills in terms of surroundings\' situation and learning capabilities.

Tanggungjawab

• Play an integral part in contribution towards outlet sales achievement, sales growth and quality customer service
• Learn the whole Race Track systems to expert and control all situation to ensure race smoothness and safety. Involvement includes but not limited to:

• Racers (Customer)\'s e-GoKarts allocation based on their experience/ability
• Slow down e-GoKarts when situation required.
• Ensure all e-GoKarts are well connected and under controlled.
• To deal with customer\'s inquiries and complain when team members are unable to response.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships.
• Learn, lead and ensure smooth daily GoKart preparations, operations, and maintenance work flow.
• Direct team members to achieve certain job tasks at the Race Track and/or Front-End department.
• Observe & guide team members to ensure they provide the correct response to the customers, and always be prepared to take over the role and provide the correct service when required.
• Monitor overall race track situation to ensure safety for both team members and customers.
• Ensure Race Track/Environment, e-GoKart & equipments\' cleanliness by working with team members.
• Provide administrative support when required.
• Ability to lead both Race Track & Front-End team will be additional advantage

• To achieve supervise role switching from time to time
• Flexibility for job allocation to different department when required (Front-End or Race Track)
