- Responsible in golf registration for all members and guests - Attend to customers general enquiries - Responsible in monthly collections and all general billings for members - Assist in golf tournament and liaising with the organizer - Assist in compilations of monthly reports or other statistics / reports Job Requirements: - SPM/STPM/Certificate/Diploma in any discipline - Good customer service skills with pleasant personality, helpful and well groomed - Service-oriented and passionate to work in the hospitality industry
