Benefits Summary:

-This is a full time permanent position
-Basic Salary RM2,000 - RM2,500
-Medical Claims, Medical Insurance, Medical Leaves, Annual Leaves, Annual Bonus, Company Trips and etc.
-Working Hours: Monday-Friday: 9am-6pm, Saturday: 9am-1pm
-Working Location: Chow Kit, KL (Walking distance from PWTC LRT Station)

Our client, a reputable Property Investment and Management Company as well as the largest room rental platform in Malaysia that is growing rapidly over the years due to the market demand. They are currently seeking for more passionate Receptionist cum Admins to join their team. As part of the company, you will work with their operation team to grow their market presence, embodying and communicating their mission of making room rental hassle and worry free.

Responsibilities:

-Greets visitors with a pleasant manner
-Answering incoming telephone calls, determining purpose of callers, and forwarding calls to appropriate personnel or department
-Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories, giving instructions
-Receives, sorts and distributes mail according to department
-To monitor and record incoming & outgoing courier / parcel
-Maintains reception area and workplace neatness and tidiness by complying procedures, rules, and regulations
-Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges etc.)
-In-charge for office stationery, pantry and to ensure the inventory of stock is sufficient
-Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
-Update calendars and schedule meetings
-Perform other clerical administrative support duties such as filing, photocopying and transcribing

Additional Information/ Requirement:

-At least 1-2 years of related working experience in Customer Service, Reception, Administrative field is required
-Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Chinese to liaise with both local and foreign customers
-Have good time management skills and positive attitude
-A good team player
