Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage
Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns
for multiple brands.
Select and test the right ad creatives
(images, videos, copy) to match audience intent and product appeal.
Build
viral launch strategies
that combine strong offers, hooks, and storytelling.
Conduct ongoing
keyword and audience research
to uncover winning segments.
Optimize campaigns to achieve high
ROAS
and low
cost per acquisition (CPA)
.
Create and manage
remarketing and lookalike campaigns
across channels.
Collaborate closely with the creative team to guide content direction and ad design.
Analyze performance metrics and prepare weekly reports with insights and next steps.
Requirements
3+ years
of experience managing Google & Facebook ads for e-commerce.
Strong understanding of
creative psychology
--what makes people click, watch, and buy.
Proven success in
product launch campaigns
that generated viral traction or significant ROI.
Deep knowledge of
Meta Business Suite
,
Google Ads Manager
, and
Google Merchant Center
.
Strong analytical skills for interpreting ad data and identifying winning creatives.
Familiarity with
video ads
,
UGC content
, and
conversion-focused storytelling
.
Nice to Have
Experience with
Amazon PPC

Worked on
Shopify or Amazon product launches
from concept to scale.
