Job Description

: Identify, gather and prepare construction scope to be developed by breaking down the elements of construction from the project scopes encompassing the contracting and execution strategy considering scope planning and development by others. Plan, evaluate and control Construction Planning, Management and Execution till Mechanical Completion through Construction Execution Plan prepared, analyzing contractor\'s construction strategies and performance at site and resolve issues on construction between the project team and contractors to ensure continuity and minimal or no interruption to project activities. Review, verify and control construction procedures and scope change based on the project scope, the contract and the management of change process established in the project to ensure compliance to project requirements and good governance. Conduct, coordinate and track Critical Project interfaces between Project Team and Contractors by evaluating execution of contracts and compliance to the contractual Terms and Conditions, procedural and regulatory requirements through continuous monitoring of all activities to ensure minimal or no interruption to projects. Manage and coordinate the preparations for the safe load out and sea fastening operations by leading and reviewing the parties in preparing relevant data, plans, reports and analyses to ensure timely and safe execution of the activities. Qualification: Degree in Engineering or other relevant discipline Requirements: 1.Minimum 5 years in Oil & Gas Industry 2.Having supervisory skills in Upstream/Downstream Oil & Gas industry of at least 4 years Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
