Proficient in CAD & Sketchup
Working knowledge of BIM will be strong is advantaged
Minimum of 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Good Presentation Skill and able to produce impressive Architectural Design Presentation
Able to carry out and complete tasks on a timely basis
Familiar with authority submission process
Possess own transport

Tanggungjawab

Developing 3D models of building designs, using computer aided design (CAD) software
Reviewing construction drawings and plans to ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
Coordinating with contractors during construction to ensure that work meets established standards
Performing site inspections during construction to ensure that work has been completed according to plans
Communicating regularly with clients regarding project status, budget, and design changes
Reviewing and approving contractor bids for construction projects
Developing construction drawings and models using computer aided design (CAD) software
Collaborating with interior designers to ensure that designs meet functional needs
Managing the construction process from start to finish, including project management and client relations
