- Perform business development by identifying new opportunities with the potential clients and actively introduce the recruitment services to them
- Engaging in the end to end recruitment process: list job postings and advertising, screening, arranging interviews and on-boarding
- Managing job offer process and negotiating salary packages
- Providing career advice to candidates and maintain a good relationship with existing clients by providing a professional hiring solution
