Graduate Flow Assurance Engineer

Job Description
:We are currently seeking a Graduate Flow Assurance Engineer to join our Genesis team based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.About the JobMain accountabilities include but not limited to;
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering - preferable Chemical or Petroleum (or enrolled Flow Assurance as a subject)
- Less than 2 years of working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication skills
- Strong team collaboration
- Intellectual ownership of assigned work scope
- Demonstration of curiosity, drive and flexibility
- Good understanding of fluid dynamics and fluid characteristics
- Good understanding of PFDs, UFDs, P&IDs, H&MB and process simulation software (HYSYS, Symmetry etc.)
- Good understanding of thermodynamic fluid properties & phase behavior
- A first experience in flow assurance will be a plus
- Understanding of flow assurance fundamentals;
- Flow Assurance issues- liquid management , slugging, hydrate management, wax deposition, scale, corrosion, erosion
- Production Optimization
- Modelling experience using OLGA, PIPESIM, PVTSim, PIPENET, SPS or similar
