Job Summary: As part of the Graduate program (18 months), you will be able to try out the below-mentioned roles in the Smartbite organization. Being a startup, we value curious individuals willing to experiment and offer many opportunities for growth. The areas we are interested in hiring graduates for include: Data Analyst Execute analytics projects, and develop company performance dashboards Design and monitor KPIs that fit the business strategy. Prepare reporting materials in relation to business progress Analyse current and past trends in company KPIs Provide ad hoc analyses Pilot analytics methods, tools, and platforms Interpret data, analytical results, and visuals to generate conclusions and recommendations Corporate/Vendor Business Development Representative You\'ll need strong persuasion skills to turn customer prospects into qualified leads. Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads Record Daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met Customer Service Representative & Data Uploader Monitor the daily operations and ensure the operation runs smoothly. Plan and manage the operation and logistics budget and expenses Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for Operations and Customer Service Handle requests from vendors (ex. Rider status, offline/ online menu, update operation hours Handle deliveries for corporate orders (liaise with the sales team and vendor team) Coordinate the distribution of orders with logistics partner (parcel delivery) to ensure accurate shipping and delivery schedule. Managing database records and reports on logistics issues. Handle data uploading into the admin system. Prospective candidates should be: Fresh graduates with a Bachelor\'s Degree in any field Having a GPA of 3 or more is mandatory Strong work ethic and the ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing business needs Demonstrated leadership capabilities in co-curricular activities, academic, volunteer environments, or other working experiences Excellent command of English (verbally and written) is required to work in a multicultural environment Outstanding analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Excited about entrepreneurship and joining a fast-growing company.
