Schedule regular meetings and record decisions (e.g. assigned tasks and next steps) and prepare attendance lists and meeting minutes as required.
Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders.
Assist in document control and compilation of documents as required.
Assist in monitor project progress and address potential issues.
Assist in quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Admin, Admin Science, Construction or related.
Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
