This program is designed to empower graduates with essential skills and hands-on experience to excel in the working landscape. Our comprehensive 9 -12 months initiative combines career development training with practical on-the-job training, providing essential skills and genuine workplace exposure to establish a robust groundwork for a progressive career ahead.[Note - Program: Graduate Trainee Program (GeT) under the Protege Program]Responsibilities

• Assist in project documentation, including maintaining updated records of drawings, materials, and project specifications.
• Assist in monitoring project progress and addressing issues that may arise.
• Assist the project planner in compiling work programs and submitting progress reports to clients.
• Assist the Maintenance Engineer in planning and executing routine maintenance work & traffic management plans as required by the Service Level Agreements (SLA), including preparing Notices of Defects (NOD).
• Assist in quality control to ensure project requirements are met.
• Support the Contract & Claims unit by tracking, analyzing, and reporting on all claims and payment processes to the Section Manager.
• Ensure compliance with established company SOPs and security measures.

• Bachelor\'s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Less than 1 year of working experience.
• Proficient in using engineering software such as AutoCAD and other pavement design tools.
