Our comprehensive 9-12 month initiative blends career development training with practical on-the-job exposure, providing essential skills and real-world experience to lay a strong foundation for a promising career.Responsibilities:
- Conduct site assessments to evaluate the road layout, pavement conditions, and overall infrastructure.
- Assist in the planning and design of roadworks projects, including road widening, resurfacing, and maintenance.
- Support the development of civil engineering drawings, plans, and schematics using AutoCAD or other relevant software.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure compliance with engineering standards and road construction and maintenance regulations.
- Update and maintain records of engineering drawings, project documentation, and reports in the company database.
- Assist in the preparation of technical reports, cost estimates, and project proposals.
- Carry out tasks as assigned by the project manager or supervisor.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Less than 1 year of working experience in civil engineering, preferably in roadworks or infrastructure projects.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
