:UEM Edgenta Berhad is dedicated to nurturing our young talents through our Graduate Trainee Program (GeT). This program is designed to empower graduates with essential skills and hands-on experience to excel in the working landscape. Our comprehensive 9 -12 months initiative combines career development training with practical on-the-job training, providing essential skills and genuine workplace exposure to establish a robust groundwork for a progressive career ahead.Responsibilities:

• Manage and ensure FEMS Electrical operation activities (Plan Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Routine Inspection, Proactive Maintenance, Warranty Management and User Request) and Sustainability Programme (Indoor Air Quality and Energy Management) are executed according to the Concession Agreement requirements and Company Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
• Monitor daily operations in terms of Complaints Work Requests, Scheduled Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Routine Inspection and others as well as minimizing maintenance cost reduction and monthly fee deductions.
• Identify and provide reports (Technical Report, Technical Professional Advice, Condition Appraisal, Monthly deduction mapping report, Incident report, Life Cycle Assessment, Benchmarking and related Electrical drawings) to be submitted to MoH (Hardcopy and Assets & Services Information System) as per Concession Agreement.
• Ensure all activities comply with Quality, Safety, Health and environmental activities (Quality Assurance Program, Risk Management, Hazard Alert and Recall, Handling Hazardous Equipment)
• Control FEMS Electrical services meet the compliance of Quality and Environment Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 / ISO 45001) and Statutory & Regulatory (DOSH, DOE, Ministry of Health (MoH), Suruhanjaya Tenaga and local authority) in line with ISO standard and legal regulations.
• Sustain stakeholder management for internal (headquarters, regional office and hospital support services) and external (engineering division department, Ministry of Health and Local Authorities) parties to align with the company\'s vision and mission.

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Developing problem-solving skills helps them to analyze situations, identify solutions, and implement effective resolutions promptly.
