Our comprehensive 9-12 months initiative combines career development training with practical on-the-job training, providing essential skills and genuine workplace exposure to establish a robust foundation for a progressive career ahead.Responsibilities:Financial Analysis & Reporting:

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Support the finance team in analyzing financial performance against budgets and forecasts.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

• Contribute to the preparation of budgets and forecasts, offering insights into financial trends.
• Assist in monitoring budget compliance and analyzing variances.

Cost Control & Optimization:

• Participate in identifying cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
• Support the analysis of cost structures and financial metrics.

Project Support:

• Assist in finance-related projects, supporting various stages from planning to implementation.
• Helped track project budgets and ensure alignment with financial goals.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Aid in the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate financial performance and project outcomes.
• Support the finance team in maintaining accurate and organized financial records.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Perform tasks and duties as assigned by the supervisor, contributing to the overall success of the finance team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Less than 1 year of working experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling is a plus.
• Independent and adept at working in groups, with the ability to interact with all levels of personnel.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
