As we expand our team of Business Partners to enhance support for Global Business Units in executing DHI\'s growth strategy, we are currently seeking a Finance Business Partner.

Responsibilities and challenges

In the role of Finance Business Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to one of our Global Business Units (GBU), playing a pivotal role in offering insights and guidance to GBU management aimed at enhancing revenue and profitability. You will play a key role in our endeavour to transition towards more data-driven decision-making, emphasizing transparency, analysis, and the use of business cases.

The main responsibilities and challenges in the job are:

• Enhance profitability improvements
• Spearheading the budget and forecast process within the GBU
• Facilitating and leading Business Review and Project Review meetings
• Offering comprehensive financial analysis and guidance to GBU management
• Empowering decision-making through insightful data interpretation
• Achieving and managing financial targets and objectives effectively
• Supporting the preparation of management reports
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Supporting the development and implementation of best financial practices

Qualifications and personal skills

Qualifications:

• Holds a higher degree in Economics, Finance or related field
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the consultancy or software industry
• Demonstrated success in working within high-performance teams and dynamic environments, collaborating with diverse stakeholders and senior management
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, accompanied by a robust financial skillset
• Communicate effectively in English (both speaking and writing)
• Great analytical and negotiation skills

Personal skills:

• Highly motivated and fully engaged, capable of working independently while being a valuable team player
• Possesses an innovative and proactive mindset, coupled with a trustworthy demeanour
• Demonstrating significant impact and influence when interacting with senior management
• Effective in handling work under pressure
