This program is designed to empower graduates with essential skills and hands-on experience to excel in the working landscape. Our comprehensive 9 -12 months initiative combines career development training with practical on-the-job training, providing essential skills and genuine workplace exposure to establish a robust groundwork for a progressive career ahead.Responsibilities
- Participate in safety, health, and environmental training programs to develop foundational knowledge and skills.
- Assist in conducting risk assessments and inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Support the development and implementation of safety and environmental policies, procedures, and initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to promote a culture of safety and environmental stewardship across the organization.
- Assist in the investigation of incidents and near misses, and contribute to the development of corrective and preventive actions.
- Participate in the development and delivery of safety and environmental awareness campaigns and training sessions for employees.
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Safety & Health & Environment.
- Knowledge in the OSH Act and Environmental Act.
- Knowledge in ISO 14001 or ISO 45001.
