About our Graduate Trainee Program The PMM Graduate Trainee Program is an 18-month accelerator program consisting of rotations in different positions across functions and business units within the organization. You will experience a steep learning curve and exposure to new challenges. Based in our Head Office in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, the program takes the young talent through marketing and sales roles across different functions, business units and sales channels. The program will give you insights into the full customer journey. The PMM Graduate Trainee Program consist of 3 rotations. During your six, exciting months at each station, you will work on a variety of assignments that have a direct impact on our business. Our commercial organization is very dynamic, and we want you to get the best and most complete experience possible. Therefore, we require you to have an open and agile mindset about your rotations. At the end of the programme, we\xe2\x80\x99ll work internally to understand our business needs, and where you\xe2\x80\x99ll have the best opportunity for success. We\xe2\x80\x99ll compliment your strengths by matching your capabilities with the most current-and relevant-business opportunities. We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for graduates from entry to 3 years of work experiences who are:

Job Requirement

• You\xe2\x80\x99ll have graduated with a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in any discipline with a 2:1 or above or CGPA 3.00 or above; or Master\xe2\x80\x99s.
• Hold leadership positions and contributing member at university societies/clubs.
• Passion to learn, demonstrate great teamwork and collaboration.
• Independent and problem-solver.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Malaysians & PR only.
