Requirements:
Fresh graduates with at least a
Bachelor's Degree
in one of the following fields: Real Estate Management Property Management Building and Property Management Science in Property ManagementMinimum CGPA:
2.00 and aboveAge:
27 years old and belowAttributes:
Energetic, self-motivated, and a good team playerRoles & Responsibilities:
Assist in daily
property management operations
, including tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and site inspections. Support thepreparation of leasing agreements
and assist in themarketing of properties
. Help withbudgeting, financial tracking,
and other administrative property-related matters. Maintain and organizeproperty files and records
, ensuring compliance with company procedures. Learn to ensure all activities adhere torelevant regulations and safety standards
. Work closely with the property management team to improveoperational efficiency
. Prepare and manageproperty transaction documents
(e.g., purchase agreements, leases, contracts) in accordance with legal requirements. Assist inorganizing real estate events
to attract potential customers and investors, enhancing the company's brand visibility.Notes:
